CELCRETE AAC is non-combustible
so in the event of a fire can help to prevent the spread of fire
to other rooms. During a fire no toxic gases or vapours are emitted
from CELCRETE . Based on overseas testing CELCRETE AAC block construction
provides a fire rating of 4 hours for a 150mm thick load bearing
wall. Reinforced panels provide a fire rating of 4 hours for a 200mm
thick panel. A 100mm thick wall panel without any additional finishing
materials achieves a rating of 3 hours.
These ratings are in excess of those required for residential or
normal commercial buildings. |
